    Start the Shopify mobile app on the iPhone/iPad with the problem.
    Follow the instructions in the images below to clear the local cache on your device and reset the app. You will not lose any data since the app will fetch any backup stocktake data from our server.

    Go to “Apps and sales channels” under Settings

    Select the Stock Take app from the list

    Select “Edit preferences” from the menu

    Click “Clear local storage”

    Start the app again.
