    White screen issue

    BR Pick List Pro periodically displays a white screen and restarts on the Shopify Mobile app (green S icon) running on an iPad or iPhone. Multiple 3rd party embedded apps are experiencing this issue on Shopify Mobile for iOS. Shopify have been notified of this issue, and we are awaiting a fix from them. Meanwhile, as a work-around, please use BR Pick List Pro from the free Shopify POS app (blue S icon) on your iPad / iPhone.

    You can also temporarily fix the problem by force closing the Shopify Mobile app. Note that any open picklist will be closed without saving your changes if you force close Shopify Mobile, so ensure you have clicked the “Finished” button first.

    To force close Shopify Mobile:

    1. Open App Switcher: Swipe up from the very bottom of the screen and pause in the middle.
    2. Find the App: Swipe left or right to locate the Shopify Mobile app you want to close.
    3. Close the App: Swipe the app’s preview card up and off the top of the screen.

     

    Slowness issue

    If BR Pick List Pro is very slow on your mobile device, enable paging by selecting “Show 25”. This will significantly speedup the app.
