BR Stock Take may occasionally show a white screen and restart when using the Shopify Mobile app (green S icon) on an iPad or iPhone. This issue is affecting several third-party embedded apps on Shopify Mobile for iOS. Shopify has been notified, and we’re awaiting their fix. In the meantime, you can use Stock Take from the free Shopify POS app (blue S icon) on your iPad or iPhone as a workaround.

You can also temporarily fix the problem by force closing the Shopify Mobile app. Be sure to tap “Save” or “Save & exit” first to back up your count data to our server, or you’ll lose any unsaved changes.
To force close Shopify Mobile:
- Open App Switcher: Swipe up from the very bottom of the screen and pause in the middle.
- Find the App: Swipe left or right to locate the Shopify Mobile app you want to close.
- Close the App: Swipe the app’s preview card up and off the top of the screen.
