    The default camera on certain Samsung phones is incorrectly set to wide angle in the Shopify mobile app. This causes barcodes to not be scanned properly.

    You can fix this by changing settings within the Shopify mobile app. Go to Store -> Settings -> Camera and select “Back camera”. See screenshots below.
